Shipping/Deliveries

SHIPPING FEES:

  • Delivery within the ACT $10.00. Products will be delivered Saturday and Sundays only.
  • Delivery to NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC & SA $15.00 flat rate. We are working to be able to deliver to other states for people to enjoy our products.

EXPRESS POST

All orders will be posted via Express Post at a flat rate of $15.00. 

The Express Post comes with the following 

  • Tracking Number 
  • $100.00 Insurance 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Orders are sent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to avoid live plants in transit over the weekend and spend the less amount in darkness as possible. Our order preparation and packaging is Sunday.

Once they leave our studio, you will receive a notification from us or delivery partner so you can track your parcel. 

Express post order usually arrive within 1-3 business days from the day of shipping. We unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery. So please do still allow 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to arrive to your door. It is currently taking a little longer to reach customers, we have been experiencing delay in deliveries due to Covid 19.

However, we are processing orders as quickly as possible, while maintaining quality of assurance in our packaging procedure, and we aim to send your order sooner than this if we can. 

HOW WILL MY PLANTS BE PACKED?

We ship our plants bare-rooted in order to travel safe during shipping and arrive in good condition. Shipping in pots is not only expensive, but the soil becomes dislodged during transit. 

Sending bare-rooted plants are easy to transfer to your own potting mix soil. We recommend to give your plants a good drink once received. 

However, some plants will be required to be sent in their own pots. 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?

No need to be home, we are happy to drop your delivery off at the door in a safe & secure location, if you are happy for us to do so. 

All unattended deliveries within the ACT will have a quick photo taken to confirm the delivery has been made.
