Here are some things you might want to know
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVE FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
Plants and other products are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our efforts. If your plant or other product arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include order number, a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible 24 hours upon delivery.
Once we receive your email and photo's we can determine the best resolution. Please allow for some leaf damage during transit due to packaging, rough handling or climate change.
Royal Jungle reserves the right to decide whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty Royal Jungle will ship a replacement item, offer you a credit or full refund.
However, if damage is due to rough handling or your parcel being in the post for a long period you must call our nominated courier or take your order into the nominated courier to claim the insurance that comes with your Express Post. Unfortunately, Royal Jungle is unable to do this on your behalf as we do not have control over your parcel once leaves our studio.
DOES MY PLANT HAVE WARRANTY?
We do not offer any warranty or health guarantees on live plants as our plants are shipped in the best health and condition possible.
Once items have left Royal Jungle and are with our selected courier the customer agrees responsibility lies with the shipping companies and not our business, Royal Jungle.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY FAULTY PRODUCT? (This does not include live plants)
If you are looking to return your products, please let us know so we can cover the shipping costs. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know you are returning the item and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item in the condition we sent it out.
MY PLANTS DON'T LOOK LIKE THE WEBSITE PHOTOS
As with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website may differ slightly to the one delivered since may be some natural variation to the plant as every plant in unique and their growth is seasonal.
CHANGE OF MIND
Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind returns for live plants. We cannot warrant plant health once they leave our care, as they are delivered/shipped in the best health and condition possible.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information or pick-up option and select payment method for the goods - we ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to avoid live plants in transit over the weekend.
